Q: When I attempt to print the “Pay Review” report with department filter, it returns blank[divider]

A: When setting up departments you can either have numerical characters, Alpha characters, or a mixture of both as the department number. However, please bear in mind that when printing certain reports by department filter, you must evoke that a department number that is alpha/numeric (contains at least one character a-z) is left justified. A department number that is only numeric is right justified – (Example department number 10 is actually “….10” where the dots are actually spaces.)  This can be really confusing to filter since you must add in the leading spaces when filtering by department numbers.
