Q: We recently updated our anti-virus software. Ever since, we receive an error message that states “Class Not Registered” whenever we try to launch CertiflexDimension Ultra or try to make a backup within the program. What could be causing this?
A: A known compatibility issue exists wherein updates from certain types of antivirus software. They will adversely update a specific DLL file used by CertiflexDimension Ultra to perform file compression.
