Export Employee wages for State Reporting

Q:  Is there a way to Export the Employee wages to include a column for excess wages (wage amounts that exceed the state’s limit) and to split the Employee name into three columns?

A:  Our State Forms Module has the built-in capability to Export Detail. The Export can include the following fields:

  • Name Format > single cell or separate cells.
  • Social Security Number
  • Wages
  • Include Excess Wage Column
  • Include Date Hired Column
