Like most accounting systems, CertiflexDimension Ultra defaults to closing a fiscal year to a single retained earnings account.  How easy is it to have your ledger close to multiple accounts automatically?  Just follow these simple steps:

1)From the Close GL Fiscal Year End window, click >Edit.

2)The system will display a closing account window that allows you to select up to 10 separate closing accounts with a closing percentage for each account.

3)Click >Ok to save your selections.

That’s it! The system will automatically close and reclose your General Ledger based on the multiple accounts and percentages you have selected.
