Q:  We have purchased a vehicle with monthly payments automatically deducted from your bank account. Is there a way to set this up in Accounts Payable?

A:  Yes! Set up a Recurring Payable to handle the recurring invoice.  Under Transaction Type, select Type 7 – ACH Cash Payment. The transaction amount will automatically be deducted from your bank account each time the recurring entry is processed.
