Q: Can I record collection notes in CertiflexDimension Ultra for unpaid items and then email them to my customers?

A: Yes. There is an option under >AR Receivable>Transactions > Record Collection Notes. This option will allow you to record a collection note for any or all unpaid items if needed. You can email the collection notes to your customer at this screen.
